Blaze Pizza

"Stopped in around 3pm thinking it wouldn't be that busy, but they actually had a steady stream of customers. Came in at the tail end of a rush, and had to wait a few minutes while they got caught up on all the pizzas in the oven, but it wasn't too bad. The pricing left something to be desired as they didn't show individual topping prices on the board. Two-toppings, one-topping, and a bunch of other options, but if you build your own and want a little bit of everything, how much is that? No idea. The pizzas were okay, but I've had toaster-oven-heated frozen bar pizzas that were almost as good. The staff looked like they knew what they were doing, and did the best with what they had to work with. The eating area (dining area?) was in need of cleaning, though. Tables and chairs all around could have used a wipe-down hours ago, but there were plenty of napkins to take care of it ourselves. Overall, not bad. Didn't get sick from it, so we'll probably try them again."

"Pleasant experience at Blaze. Everyone treated me with respect and took careful consideration with what I asked for on my pizza. The staff was knowledgeable about ingredients and common allergies. Great for people with gluten or dairy allergies. By the time I got to my seat, my pizza was hot and ready. Definitely has the speed of fast food but it actually good quality, "fast fired" as they call it. Will definitely be coming back. Recommend for anyone looking for something new to try. The manager came by while I was eating to make sure everything was up to standard. Though I didn't come during a busy time, don't be fooled by the negative reviews! These guys are awesome."

"It's a thoroughly enjoyable experience to have your food made in front of you, and so quickly, too. Good quality ingredients, good quality pizza! Can be a bit pricy for what you get, but I understand we're going through some inflation and everything costs more than it used to. Very great experience. Highly recommended."
