"It's always a lovely experience coming here. My family and I have been coming since it first opened and it's been wonderful watching it grow and always become better than it already was!! The food is excellent, especially all the different types of sushi, and all the workers are super friendly and always remember you. You feel like you're a part of a little family whenever you enter Fujiyama :) Would definitely recommend to anyone who's a fan of suchi in particular. I had the limited time Valentine Roll this time and it was DIVINE. The mango and pineapple with the sprinp tempura gave it such a unique flavor I don't think I've had anywhere else!!"

"What's not to love about great sushi and Hibachi all in the same place. We always get the best customer service and try and sit at our usual table when it's open. I usually order a roll of sushi and actually order the kids' shrimp, which is the perfect amount of food for me, since I can't decide between the two."

"We love this small, local Japanese/Thai restaurant! The service and food is always wonderful, especially the Rice Mine roll, masaman curry and coconut soup. Of course, you can never go wrong with hibachi! Tara is typically our server and the attention that he gives our rowdy children makes all of our experience that much better. We got to meet one of the chefs, Wayan, who was super kind. It may not seem like much compared to the fancier cook in front of you places, but it’s a wonderful addition to the north river area that we frequent often! I am super picky about Thai food and was shocked at how good my favorite dishes are here."
