"I took my truck in to have an air conditioner repaired and I told them to do whatever it took to make it right. They quoted me $1100 so I reluctantly told them to go ahead and do it. I get it back pretty quick but drove maybe 3 miles down the road and was sitting at a red light when all of a sudden freon started spraying out from under the hood. The next day I took it back and the owner blamed it on the age of the truck but they got it working but not to my liking... It had a 2 year warranty on it so after about 6 months when it warmed back up after winter it stopped working again and now it has stopped working again. I will never be back again!!!!"

"I took my car here for them to look at my AC, because it had stopped working. I was told there was a huge leak in my air compressor, and the estimate they gave me was $1,140. I am not from Florence, so I took it to an auto shop back in my hometown. They checked it out and said my air compressor was completely fine, it was my air compressor clutch that had fallen off. My hometown auto shop repaired my AC for $450. They also didn’t try to charge me over $100 an hour for labor, which is ridiculous. I chose not to proceed with Auto Doc, because I have never been there. I know that my hometown auto shop has honest, reliable mechanics. I don’t appreciate being lied to. It seems like Auto Doc is only trying to get your money. I won’t be back!! The only reason I gave two stars is because the lady behind the counter was extremely sweet!"
