"I had just finished working 12 hrs and decided to come to this location. I ordered my food and paid for it and received the wrong order. I went inside to tell them that it was wrong and they took my order back with no problem. Unfortunately it took them 15 min or so to give me my food. I asked for no pickles and no onions and they still put onions on there. The manager pressured the cooks to hurry because I was waiting but in response one of the cooks replied well whose fault is that as if I couldn’t hear them. Then I got home and my burgers were made with 2 bottom buns. If this is how they will be, I will not come back to this location again."

"Stood at counter for almost 10 minutes with all the employees walking by, looking at, but ignoring me. Finally asked one walking by if they could take my order. She paused then asked another lady, "Can I take his order?" To which the lady replied, " No, I told them none of the registers work, they have to use the kiosk". No one had said anything to me period. Also it's hard to believe this because the drive-thru was working fine. At least 4 of the employees I saw there were just playing on their phones, but maybe they were all on break. Lol. Terrible experience and reminds me why I avoid this chain at all costs."

"This place is very hit & miss. I rarely use this location. But food is always ok but the service is very unpredictable. Every once in a while you may encounter very good service through the drive thru. But not often enough to expect."

"Came up to the speaker and had a nice gentleman answer felt kinda rushed though . Came around to the window the guy playing on his phone . And then came to the last window no hello no thank no nothing . Everything seemed fine until I got home and I realized my sandwich was raw. So I tried calling and no answer . No authority here at all. Being from someone who’s been there this was a disappointment."

"We came to this location during a road trip specifically because it had a play place. Bummer that any pics were old, because they definitely downsized the play area. Also didn’t seem to have AC running in that area. Food and service were fine. Bathroom was decently clean."
