"The coffee is hands down the best I’ve had in the Shoals area. My wife claimed it to be our new “coffee spot” when we want delicious coffee with a relaxed atmosphere. It’s truly like a vacation. The breakfast was served with the freshest mouth watering ingredients. We will be back over and over again to make sure we try every single item on the menu!"
"I’ve gone here a couple times and I’m never disappointed. Everyone is really friendly, especially the lady working the cash register! I love getting the Diego Special and it’s always so tasty; I love my little pancake after the omelette. Would super recommend the dirty horchata too!!"
"Got the chorizo breakfast burrito and horchata latte. The cashier was a little standoffish but not rude. She sped through the checkout process so I missed the chance to put my number in for rewards points. Really cute atmosphere with limited seating (estimating about 5 groups could sit there at a time). Chorizo breakfast burrito was filling, tasted fresh and tasty, and was reasonably priced! Would have liked if the chorizo was spicier but I believe there's hot sauce available and overall, the flavors were great. The horchata latte was amazing! So so delicious and addictive. A little more expensive but beyond worth it!"
"What a lovely place! I'm so glad I finally visited Cafe de Frida! The bright blue building is intriguing itself. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a larger variety of food on their menu than I had previously found online. I had thought it was mostly breakfast items, but there's so much more. I had my first Matcha Latte with honey and cinnamon, and it was delicious! I also had the chicken flautas. It was topped with the freshest avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. It was served with the best salsa Verde. So good! The prices are reasonable. The workers were friendly and the service was fast! I love Frida Kahlo, and the decor was all things Frida! The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is beautiful and captivating! I'll definitely be back. There are lots of things I'd love to try on the menu. Especially the Tamales! There's also some yummy looking pastries available. It may just be my new favorite spot!"
"I love having coffee and breakfast at Cafe de Frida. Lots of thought went into the decor so expect a few surprises as you move through the cafe. The menu has some nice surprises as well. It is not your everyday breakfast menu. Lots of variety, prepared lovingly and presented spectacularly. Note these are not gut busting overfilled plates but I’ve never left hungry. The staff is kind, attentive and friendly. Cleo runs a tight ship so everyone and everything is pristine. Be careful as you navigate the doorways and crossing the street from the parking lot."
