"The food is good when it's fresh. Alot of the times it's not hot. It's been sitting then prepared."
"The food was cold and was terrible. Service from the front lady was horrible. She was very rude about my coupons. And actually rolled her eyes at me . Then when we got home this was my large fries. Absolutely ridiculous."
"We stopped by for lunch with some coupons that arrived in the mail. I used one coupon for $1 fries and bought two curly fries. My friend bought the $5 for 5 roast beef with another coupon, otherwise you would pay $12 for 4. There was a cardboard sign on the counter that said if you donate $1 for supporting America's youth, you would get a free small fry and a cup of cheddar on your next visit. Who thought that one up? Why would you wait until your next visit? Why not now? So we shared the sandwiches and fries. Cheap lunch. The first thing I noticed was how the container with the fries had shrunk. Wow! How could you not see that? The meat on the sandwiches weren't all that they brag about either. It is pitiful. I used to work for Arby's when they first came out with fresh sliced meat from a slicer. You never had such a smashed little pile on the bun. Hell, don't they make enough money on their overpriced hamburgers? Not to mention, look at all the sauce packets we were given. They could save money by not throwing so many of them in a bag unless asked for. You know they are supposed to open up at 9:30 and when we tried to go at that time, they weren't open yet. So we arrived at 10:30. Even if they opened at 10, there is no reason for their floors and tables to look like this in the pictures. So even though the food was fine and they were slow waiting on us, I still gave them three stars. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐"
"The food wasn't hot, but the fries was. The apple turnover wasn't good at all. What I don't understand is why is it so hard to serve hot fresh food these days."
