McDonald's

"I most certainly don’t eat here. But I have picked up dashes here while door dashing at night. The night shift crew are terrible. They are so rude. They hate their job and they are going to make sure you know it! I will no longer be accepting dashes from this McDonald’s night shift anyways in northport! I sat there inside waiting for a dash for at least 20 mins because the line was long probably because they were to busy chitchatting. They never informed me when it might be done. Thankfully DoorDash let me unassign. The other times I’ve accepted dashes I used the drive-through and I got stank looks from a girl that wears really big eyelashes and a short Mexican guy that has a bad attitude. Y’all hire whoever and that’s very clear."

"I'd rather go across the bridge in downtown Tuscaloosa. These young females has some if the WORST attitudes on every unprofessional level. Especially during dinner time. Mess your order up then get nasty attitudes when you bring it to their attention. All they do it stand around talking and playing, while people are waiting to be served or to get their orders. I just REFUSE to go there during yhose times and if I do, it ONLY doing breakfast. Because I know the female manager in charge isn't going to put up with sloppy, lazy behaviors."

"Can’t get a hello, a you’re welcome, an f you or anything. And when I ask for a specific number of something, they just give me whatever number they want, and it’s always less than I asked/paid for. Toddlers would be much more efficient and affective. What void hole do you pluck your employees from? Thanks for the gooey chicken nuggets. Appetizing."

"I ordered a Big Mac meal with extra Mac sauce. When I got home I barely had any Mac sauce. If you are going to charge me extra then make sure I get the extra sauce on my sandwich. Too many young people working at the 82 Bypass location who do not care about customer service. I will never visit this location again."

"Tonight I went in the drive thru and I got a quarter pounder combo with a 4pc chicken nuggets. The only thing that was decent was the fries and drink. The quarter pounder was half burned and dry as hell! The cheese was hard and they didn't even put nothing on it! The chicken nuggets tasted horrible and old! I have never got food from Macdonald's that was this bad that I couldn't even eat it at all! Such a waste of my money and I lost my appetite. Anyone heading to this location might as well go the one near the west side in Tuscaloosa because they're worst than them! Dude on the intercom told me they were short staff and I understand that because I work at fast food as well but if its that bad that they gotta send food out looking like this they might as well not be open.."
