"The chicken n fries were hot n freshly cooked. The shake was yummy too."
"I'm legitimately unsure if you guys are running a restaurant or a playground. Why are employees throwing stuff at the drive thru window? Why don't they know the menu? This is why my "no pickles" sandwich is covered in pickles."
"I wanted to go to this location at 5821 McFarland Blvd because I had been here once before for the biscuit and gravy. They make the softest biscuits I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. The bottoms are so soft that you don't need a knife to cut them. I stood at the counter and asked if they were still serving them at 10:48 am. Two of the employees had to yell at the men in the kitchen three times before they got an answer because they had music playing loudly back there. ??? Yes, I could get a gravy and biscuit. I asked about the biscuit bundle they used to advertise all the time. No one knew anything about it except for another employee who told her that it was located under the catering button. You can get 12 butter biscuits for 99 cents each. Which amounts to $14.39 with taxes added. They are better than frozen or canned in my book. I opened my styrofoam container and was surprised to see sausage crumbled across my biscuit and gravy. I've never seen it served like that before at Jack's. It tasted great. It wasn't spicy and added some texture to the food. The biscuit was still as soft on the bottom as ever. I enjoyed it."
