"Never Again Night shift horrible some of my food was missing that I ordered on the online app. They claimed I didn't order it even though it was clearly on the receipt. After arguing with me for awhile & seen I wasn't backing down the manager finally gave up & gave me my food. I will give u the shirt off my back but will Not put up with anyone trying to steal even a dime from me!!! I will NEVER come back & I will tell everyone I know Not to as well!!!!"

"Wouldn't honor the 50% discount they advertise on their menu board because the cashier said it has to be ordered through the app but their site is messed up and won't let customers use it on the app. If the companies app or site is down, then you manually apply it for the customer, not just oh well, doesn't work."

"Don't know how it would have been since I bailed after 20 minutes in drive thru...with just two cars in front of me the entire time. I so love Krystal and cut them so much slack but this location had a really bad day. Again, I love Krystal so I'll be back!"

"The women that took my order were very rude and hateful. When they finally got the order correct it took them 35 min to bring out 12 Krystal's in total 6 chick, and 6 regular with cheese. The lady brought them to the door they asked me to pull to with not expression and a very sour voice said " HERE ". turned and walked away into the store. I will not go back here the inside didn't look to very clean from what I could see when the door opened either."
