We originally measured our own windows when we first called, and were given an estimate over the phone - to be safe we also made an appointment to have someone come by for a more accurate estimate for 10+ screens. The appointment was easily scheduled over the phone, super fast, and the ETA for both ordering a new pane of glass, as well as the date to come by and install everything was ALSO super fast and accurate. There was a point where one of our own measurements was inaccurate and unfortunately one of the screens was made the wrong size, but our technician Ed was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He went back to the shop, had a new screen made with the proper dimensions and brought it back to install the very same day!
