"First time visit and in for routine service. Made appointment online. It was easy to get to the garage even with ongoing construction on Gratiot. Waiting area was clean and without the overwhelming smell of tire rubber (Bonus!). Kenzie got me in even though I was late to my appointment. They have easily accessible WiFi and a small, albeit older, game room to keep you occupied if you run out of depressing news to read. Some of the games didn't work and the brightness in the room made it difficult to see the screens but it was entertaining and didn't require a pocket full of quarters to play. Before I knew it my vehicle was done. Didn't pay much attention to prices since I had Ford reward points to use up but this could be my new go-to for service."
