"Fast and efficient! Completely discussed/understood the problem prior to doing any work. We needed a shutoff gas switch before Lowe's would install our new dryer. Lowe's claimed a non existing leak. We ended up having to cancel with Lowe's, their delivery team is awful. KOTZ confirmed no leak. Installed the switch. Completed the project quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call for any future work needed."
