"Brought my 2012 f150 there for a leaking rear main seal. They did a very thorough diagnosis and didn’t cut any corners fixing the leak. They made sure to replace the oil pan gasket which is also a known issue for this vehicle. While it was there I got new tires also. They replaced a bearing hub and rebuilt a front CV axle and didn’t charge me labor for either. Truck is driving better than the day I bought it. I feel like they took care of my truck for a reasonable price. Very happy. Thank you."

"Did a long driving trip this past summer. Ended up in Waterford needing new tires. My son-in-law recommended this place, and they got new tires put on my car in a timely and reasonably priced manner. That was August. I just now (December ) got a text from them asking how things were with my tires! What a lovely up. Definitely 5 stars for this place!!"

"I took my car for service to them just to swap tires. They have damaged 3 out of 4 wheels. When I confronted the manager he called me a lier. So I just paid and left. I understand it's his work against mind. My car is less than year old. If you take your car there make sure you take pictures before and after. They will not own any damages accrued while the car is in their possession. On one wheel you can see scratches on wheel and brand new tire."

"Transmission work is something very few shops seem to get right these days especially on a diesel truck. I brought my 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins diesel in a few weeks ago and had a complete trans replacement done and I couldn’t be happier I chose to have the work done at Cooley Tire & auto service. They handled all the paperwork and back a fourth with the warranty company, while keeping a great line of commission with me through the entire process. I use my truck for commercial snow plowing and pulling heavy trailers on a regular basis so quality work and parts are needed and that exactly what they delivered I’ve put over 500 miles on the truck the first few days after I got it back and it’s never run better. 10/10 will be back for future work on my other vehicles as needed"

"Decent tires and no current issue after control arm repair. B plus. They get grease from their shoes all over the floor and floor mat though. However, they also worked on MDS failing problem on my Grand Cherokee Hemi engine. Charged my Warranty company $4,788. I paid higher than average diagnostic fees out of my pocket. Didnt get car back until 9 weeks later (May) Didn't correct the problem. Also broke my hood latch button which they didn't bother to repair until I noticed it. Went back 4 times and they still did not fix the mds problem. Last time had my car a week before even test driving and supposedly fixing it this time. 2 weeks later now and almost September and same problem occurs just 60 miles of driving from last pickup.they do not have any care to work efficiently and are highly unprofessionsal. They never gave any update calls which I had to do. As of now they padded the order with many parts to reach that $4788 total. It is clear to me that they either just changed a bunch a parts to get pay out from my warranty or their engine technician has no idea what they are doing. I made more than one complaint to the manager and is clear he doesnt care. I'm never going back to this shop and highly reccomned all potential customers of this place to not use them for repairs."
