"Took my Nissan Rogue there 2 weeks ago for a second opinion to see if I needed a new control arm like the dealer said. They were right. The dealer quoted me around 1700 for the control arm and left cv axle. Gary- the manager said let me see if I can do better then the dealer price. I had just bought all new tires back in late 2022, because of the control arm being bad, it ruined my 2 front tires with premature tread ware. My tires were still under basic warranty for another 45,000 miles. For nail damage or stuff like that. Technically, they shouldn't have been covered for this bad control arm. They gave me 2 new tires at no charge. When all was said and done, Monro auto replaced the control arm, left cv axle, did a wheel alignment, and the tires for 1172 out the door. Gary the manager went out of his way to help me out, and saved me tons of money. My car only took a few hours. It drives so smooth now. I am so happy I had them do the work instead of the Nissan Dealer. I usually get all my work done at the dealer, this time, I'm glad I got a second opinion. So far so good. I would recommend this place, because I will always remember how Gary the shop manager helped me with the price. With inflation and how expensive everything is, that goes a long way. Not only did he not try to talk me into things I didn't need, he helped me on the price for the repairs. I highly recommend this place!"
"Called see if they could look at my wife’s traverse. They said to come in around 1pm. We get there and they looked at the traverse throughly. Said gave us a great price compared to other places we’ve been. They said we could leave it over night and have it done by tomorrow. Ok cool. Go home.. boom! 1 1-2 later . It’s done. Shy, Caden and Cameron. Did an amazing job and honest! Even showed us the parts that were on there before and after. I recommend Monroe auto service and tire center to anyone who wants a great deal with top of the line and affordable parts! Thank you all so much! Prompt, courteous, and professional"
"ABSOLUTELY Terrible work if I could rate 0 stars I would. I came in to replace 2 front tires because it's winter time and my tires were old I bought new ones, and decided to try these guys out. They replaced my tires BUT BROKE my brand new TPS sensor (look at the scratches on it) they told me the battery went out and if I get a replacement they will install it for free. I had that sensor for less than a half year and I installed it so I know how it looked (I worked at Midwest Wheel & Tire™) Two days later (today Nov.29) I buy a Mopar replacement TPS sensor and have them install it. 45 minutes later I look at my tire and 3 lugs are Stripped (photos posted) I asked what happened because they tried to smooth past it like I wasn't gonna notice 2 green lug bolts mixed in my silver ones, the mechanic used an impact gun instead of a breaker bar and Stripped them and REFUSED TO REPLACE them. He told me they are "PLASTIC CAPS" after telling him they are OEM Metal parts he said they strip because of heat expands the metal and it just happens! I know they strip easy when you use a impact instead of a breaker bar, but REGARDLESS IF YOU BREAK OR STRIP SOMETHING ON A CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE YOU REPLACE IT that's called good customer service. Not jamming the Stripped bolts back on the car and calling it good. This entire first time experience was God awful I spent $60 extra on replacement parts for a job that was supposed to be $40. I feel bad for the other people with their vehicles in the remaining bays they couldn't replace a tire and tire pressure sensor correctly without damaging my car imagine the engine work quality."
"Bill gave me the best deal possible on new front brake pads, rotors, and calipers, and a huge deal on the labor as well. Very trustworthy and honest. They were more than understanding and patient as I had to wait a while for some money to move around, and they're friendly, experienced, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this shop. They even worked with the parts suppliers to make sure my parts were warrantied with no extra cost to myself. Appointments are easy and quick to make on the website, and the staff are very accommodating. (Repeat customer, definitely will be back in the future.)"
"Very professional and knowledgeable. Bill was more than willing to work with me on price the first time I came here, needing all 4 brakes and my rear calipers replaced, and the 2nd time I came here, Dean was very quick to determine what the best deal on a new rear left tire would be for me. They answered all my questions quickly and competently and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need- I was very comfortable qith my purchases and service here."
