"This place is terrible customer service skills are terrible.. don't go here this place is bad machines only last 6 months and then they charge you for fixing them plus I put a deposit down I found a different one and they didn't give me my deposit back terrible company"

"I wasn't home when the tech came but my teenagers were. I was quoted an 85$ service charge. I instructed the tech if repair is over 300 then don't do it. He was here for about 15 minutes. He left a receipt that just says "control board issue" with no estimate on cost of repair. He also charged an additional 55 dollars on top of the service charge with no explanation. I've tried calling and texting him for 2 days but no response. Not sure why he charged me an additional 55 dollars and he should have wrote an estimate of the cost to repair the unit. He should also reply back to explain this."

"Horrible company! Took advantage of my 83 year old landlord(best friends grandpa) My oven simply had the issue of a disconnected thermostat. The repair guy was extremely disrespectful and used much profane language against my landlord. They charged my landlord over $100 just to come out and say will have to order a part(WHICH WAS NOT NEEDED). My landlord opted for a different company who were able to promptly identify and service the issue. Appliance Place INC was planning to coerce my landlord(83 years young) into a repair which was not needed. This company is a scam ran by dirty disrespectful people. The other reviews are on par. Go literally anywhere else."
