He was super nice and professional. Came in listened to my concerns. And immediately found the leak and checked another area I was concerned about. He explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. Then gave me some suggestions to help prevent mold growth on the damaged areas of wood. He set work and had the leak fixed in a jiffy. Also was able to give an approximate cost of further work I inquired about. Overall highly satisfied and will be scheduling more work soon."
