"Their website makes it so easy and convenient to replace needed accessories and send them straight to the school. Great customer service!"
"Bryce was extremely helpful when upgrading my son’s trumpet. He made the transition so easy and we are thankful that Meyer music is available in our school district."
"Staff was helpful. I was disappointed that my son wasn't allow to just hold a violin without a fitting and only then done by his school during their annual fittings. He wants to learn a new instrument, and I felt his disappointment at the rejection. We didn't know where else to go so he just didn't get to. The environment was clean and again, staff friendly."
"Meyer Music makes it quick and easy to order your kiddo’s supplies and even deliver them to the school. Been a great experience so far."
"Buyers beware. They will sell you a $2600 saxophone and offer you $200 to buy it back when your kid gets bored with it and moves onto something else. And then will charge the next person that $2600 again. Save time and money, buy one used and get it cleaned up until they make a true commitment. This type of leasing truly hurts the middle class. Not to mention how a $2600 loss effects your children. A low payment was appealing and ended up costing us greatly in the end. In response, I'd like to point out I didn't switch instruments without the additional cost. Which would have had me out additional thousands of dollars. Guess my child should have quit band before the lease was up? Are you saying you would have refunded me then? Come now. This was not how this program was explained to me and doesn't feel like anyone that does not have the initial $2600 to spend on the instrument in the first place should be finagling with."
