"I tried to go to this store this morning at 10:01am and the doors were locked. A woman with long blonde hair came to the door and said "she wasn't ready to open yet.". I let her know it was after 10 and asked if the store still opens at 10. She said it does open at 10, but she was not ready to open the store yet. I was amazed how this woman thought she had the right to open the store whenever she feels like when there are preset hours that customers are relying on. There were others besides myself waiting to get in. I left right away and decided to go shopping elsewhere."
