"I'm sorry, but this company is terrible. I had an appointment scheduled for April 1st that I made in october cause I had several things that were very important to get done. I called 2 days before to confirm and their voicemail box is full. I try to email but there is no other way to contact them online and ofcourse they never showed up. In previous years they've had issues with air compressors and have cancelled last minute winterizations, They installed new valves and they are immediately leaking. I just highly recommend never using them. I've been trying for the last few years cause of their pricing and it is just horrible service."

"I had great service for years through this company, but they were bought out a couple years ago. I continued with the new owners and all was well until this Fall. I had scheduled a sprinkling system blow out twice. The first time they called and cancelled. The second time they didn't show up. I called and received an apology. No great harm done, so I scheduled a third time. They called back half a day later saying they could not do it and that I should find someone else. Very disappointing and unprofessional.."

"Don’t bother with this company. Just go with someone more established. I’ve given this company 2 chances to gain my business. The first was a winterization appointment that ended with the technician being unfamiliar with how to blow out a well system. He opened a valve and sent water all over my basement ceiling and walls and said “I don’t know how to do this.” after the fact. The next opportunity involved a repair to a line. The technician arrived 30 minutes late and only had a shovel and a bag of parts. He began to dig where I had marked it flooding but stopped and said the ground had too many roots. I then had to dig up the hole for him which took about 30 minutes. He then realized the line was too big for the repair parts he had and needed to get the right size from his supplier. I offered to get the part for him from the hardware store down the street on my dime but he refused. He then left to check the supplier’s store but called 20 minutes later to say they were closed. He then states he’d come back to finish the job the following business day. 2 business days went by with no call or visit to finish the job. I spent 25 dollars and a couple of hours and finished the job myself. I called the business and the woman said she “didn’t know what to say” about the appointment. The owner of the company did good work for me in the past when he was on his own as a side gig. It’s unfortunate to have such terrible service from a new company. Stick with Evergreen or someone that’s been in the industry for a while and you’ll be more likely to have a good experience."
