"The city of Zeeland has decided to replace older water mains, ours included. It wasn’t ideal but we understand it needed to be done. BPW is using Bing for these projects and it’s so obvious that Bing knows they aren’t getting paid by us. They left the area they were working in dirty, smudged and scratched the walls, laid their dirty tool boxes on new carpet rather than drop cloths, and put zero effort into trying to get the new main to fit into the space we have. We didn’t ask for, plan, or pay for this project but now have to deal with retrofitting what they put in. If in the future we need work done I won’t be calling Bing."
