"Koops drilled my original well and did a great job. When the submersible pump quit and I checked tested everything, determining the pump was dead, koops agreed to replace the pump, I took a day off work, they shown up and refused to *just* replace the pump and left. I called a different company who tested the *pump* and it was clearly dead, they replaced it and I turned the electric back on, turned a hose open and had running water again. The stress from not having a back up set up to replace the pump when koops refused, was crazy. Not worth contacting them again"
