"This is the only place I take my vehicles to within the Holland area. These guys are helpful, informational, honest (which I can’t say that about many places), and they won’t price gouge you. Many times in the past, I’ve paid for an expensive repair with other places just to find out later that the original issue wasn’t repaired correctly or end up with some new mysterious issues that weren’t even on the radar before the so-called repair. I’ve totally been taken advantage of in the past so there’s only a couple of places that I’ll bring my vehicles to (Maplewood and the other place is in Grand Rapids and is woman-owned). The guys here at Maplewood make you feel seen, heard and understood. I love that I can ask for an “estimated ballpark” on a specific repair and they actually will provide the info that they can, which is extremely helpful when trying to budget or prepare yourself for a potential big hit to your wallet. I’ve also found that when comparing their quotes to others (on many repairs), their prices come out being reasonable and it’s nice to be able to call and get transparency. I don’t know how many other places I’ve called that won’t even entertain the thought of giving you any kind of ballpark estimate on the phone and most will usually tell you that they can’t tell you anything at all until you bring your vehicle in. That’s a huge red flag to me. If you want good, honest service with a company that’s transparent and hears your concerns and validates you, this is the place that you want to bring your vehicles to."
