They arrived 10 minutes later & helped shovel & creatively found a way to get in the driveway to deliver the new fridge. "We were very happy with our experience with Northgate Appliance. I had my new Fisher PayKal wall oven installed. It went very smooth and didn't take too much time either. All the different options on the menus were tried, and we feel much more comfortable with the different features. Steve showed us how to take the door off and how the racks worked. He even turned it on to go through the first run to burn off the chemicals that are put on the racks. Now the stink is gone and it's ready for the first meal. I'm sure I will get a lot of years use of this oven. Plus it's a comfort to know that Northgate will service the appliances they sell. Thanks again Northgate. Arlene"
