"I had my car towed down here because it wasn't starting he called me back and told me I needed spark plugs I told him not a problem. I get the bill on Friday night for $400. I didn't work Saturday so I bring my car to work on Sunday I get out of work and it doesn't start so then I had it brought down to him on Monday morning he told me then it was gonna be another $165. Sunday morning and it's not starting again doing the exact same thing. I called his receptionist told me they were booked up for 2 weeks they had lost all there mechanics that he could not look at it even though I have now just paid him almost $600 to fix it. Itook it down to AutoZone and they told me I only needed a new battery..I'll update this if that is not the reason .maybe he's just having a bad month"

"Had a bad experience in the past, but thought I'd try again because I live close by. Had a bad experience again! I was charged twice for them to tell me the same thing, and fix nothing. When I questioned the charge for getting an estimate, I was told "well we don't work for free. " I have never been to another garage where I've been charged for an estimate. I'm disputing the charges to my credit card and I will get my money back. Oh and I will never use their "services" again."

"I had a flat with my BMW and was unable to drive the car due to there is no spare. I thought I could get the wheel off but was unsuccessful. They were more than willing to come to my location once I was able to obtain a new matching tire (tire was too damaged to replace). They removed the wheel, took it to their shop and returned to replace. Their charge was very reasonable. About a week later the tire had a small rim leak and they fixed it with no charge. They are knowledgeable about foreign cars and nice people as well. I will use them again."
