"Very Early With Holiday Decor Love Coming For Deals And unique Items"
"Hello there my daughter draws real good and I wanted to surprise her and get her a art supplies the whole set looked at plenty of stores and nothing then went to Michaels and that was it so much stuff omg loved it found everything right there and more.."
"For all your arts and crafts needs. I've bought portfolios for flat art in several sizes. Glitter spray paint. Online I've ordered bulk frames in standard sizes."
"I drove over an hour- there and back- just to purchase some plastic bins (I'm getting rid of boxes for storage). I was SO happy that their inventory online was correct! This location is VERY clean and organized. Way better than their competition. An amazing store for everything craft-wise. Lots of stuff marked down. Great selection of items that you might barely find at other stores (like mod podge). It was worth the trip!"
"I agree, customer service is subpar here. Every time I come here and need assistance it really depends on who's working that day. The girl at the checkout yesterday was either not a people person or nervous, something along those lines. I don't recommend her being at the register anymore Also one of the younger girl working on the floor was throwing things in her cart and just seemed mad about something and didnt ask anyone if they needed help, that's not good customer service at all! The emails they send out get you in the door but once you get to the check out, it's a whole another story. On the 50% a single item coupon, it can not be used if the item is a buy 1 get 1 50% off item Personally, I think that's ridiculous you're still buying an item at full price, what does it matter?! So I wasn't happy about that but I get it, let's face it everything has a catch these days. And it seems when you do need help it can be hard to find anyone, it's almost like they need more people on the floor. Come on your a craft store, get it together! It's not like you're a clothing store, it's not that difficult. And I would know I've worked in retail before. This is my least favorite location but it's closest to home. Urg"
