"I regret to say that my experience with Lausanne Jewelry has been deeply disappointing and has left me in a troublesome position. I wanted to pickup my chain before Thanksgiving after I placed a 6k deposit on a 14k Cuban link chain weighing 276 grams. I was working with an associate named Jeff, and all seemed well initially. However, I have come to a distressing realization. Upon attempting to pick up my chain, I've been informed that the store has closed down and is out of business, and what's worse, my chain is now nowhere to be found. Despite having proof of purchase and providing my receipt, the resolution of this issue seems bleak. To add to the confusion, I received a call from a blocked number, claiming to be from Miami, with promises to rectify the situation. Sadly, that conversation was a one-off instance with no further communication. Jessica, who seems to be another associate involved, is not taking any accountability and has been evasive every time customer service responsibilities come into play. At this point, frustration is an understatement – I am extremely upset. I feel wronged and am left with no choice but to consider taking legal action to address this debacle. I hope my review alerts others to exercise caution if they come across dealings with this establishment in the future."

"Went there yesterday, found a bracelet I loved and was going to purchase it. The sales lady was nice and helpful but then the owner and his son came by and took the bracelet back to adjust the clasp. They took the liberty of adjusting the price too. The bracelet was marked for $629 but when they came back with it the price tag had been totally changed for a new one and the price was $1,649. A total $1,020 more than originally marked. The sales lady was shocked by this as well. Did they think I wouldn't notice?? When I told them about it he owner stayed in the back and the son played dumb and said "it was miss marked" and walked away. To your reply, You seem stuck up. A simple apology would have done while I was at the store. We all make mistakes. and I understand a miss marked item can happen but you went to the back changed the tag and just walked away after. You just played dumb and pretended like I would not notice, even your employee noticed that what you did was wrong because she actually apologized. Happy thanks giving to you as well."
