"I bought a pair of earrings for my daughter. I intentionally bought screw backs so she would not lose them. The backs came off of both earring luckily I found one. Offered no help to rectify the problem or offer a discounted price to purchase another pair. The screw backs are not properly reinforced. They will never get anymore of my business. I’ll still to real jewelers who offer insurance on their items moving forward! Highly disappointed!"
"I went to buy a watch with them and they had the best prices out of other places I’ve been to. But I bought the watch in December as a Christmas gift and the sign said “No returns only exchanges within 30 days.” The woman helping me told me there’s only 15 days for exchanges because of the holiday season…. How does that make any sense? Wouldn’t you extend your exchange policy, especially since there are no returns?"
"Went there to change batteries in 3 of my watches and remove link in my bracelet. All of them stopped working again within a week. Wasting of time and money which was $58"

"Went in to get chain fixed and was charged 35$ however when I returned to get my fixed chain back it was replaced with a different chain much thinner and I complained and asked for a manager which I never got to speak to rather they were speaking a different language and told me they would not replace my chain or just give me my money back. I will be going to the better business bureau over this."
