"Customer service here is the last thing they care about. If you go to this shop, be ready for the old man to be absolutely rude as can be. Very rude and will not have anything serviced here. Even had enough cash to buy a new rider but wouldn't recommend them for it. Take your money elsewhere. I hope it gets shut down. Screw any small business that feels they can talk to their customers or potential customers any way they want. This place lost any business I would've given and I hope this helps prevent anyone else getting ridiculed or their money wasted."
