"Communication was sketchy with the office personnel; ourorder did not get placed in a timely manner since the office personnel did not check our emails that specified the color of the canvas cover that we wanted; our payment did not get posted and that also delayed the ordering of the cover; installation of the cover went well, but we were not informed by the office that the crew was coming--luckily we were home since we wanted to be present when it was installed."
