"Went in to get parts for my pool today at 3:00pm and the sales associate told me to “look on line and have it shipped to the house.” She wasn’t rude but was not helpful at all. I ended up at water way for my new liner and coping. If I wanted to order it on line I would not be standing at your desk. I prefer to talk to actual people and buy local. Seems like they should close the store front and just put a QR code on the front door. Sales associate needs more training or maybe work from home on line."

"VERY bad management!! They also discriminated against me, because I am African American. I went in for pool supplies and was completely ignored stepping in the door. Valerie kept eyeing me like I was going to steal pool supplies. I called for help and nobody came then Valarie proceed to call Justin up front to “watch” me. I had my 2 year old with me and it was completely uncomfortable. There was no social distancing I was followed around the store until my small 2 year old almost got knocked down by Justin while Valerie just watched. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE will be calling corporate."

"I was greeted by Justin while he was dealing with a customer he had in front of him ( nice multi tasking) once he was finished he tested my pool water and answered all my questions. Another customer walks in and what does Justin do picks up his head and acknowledges the customer by welcoming them the store. AWSOME customer service. This is my go to pool store for life. Thanks Justin for your help!!!"

"We purchased a bucket of 3 inch tablets/ 7 lbs and according to the calculations there should be 21 and we only received 14! I know there’s a shortage but that’s a huge number in difference. I never give bad reviews but I felt due to the shortage this review was warranted. Please check your purchase before leaving the store."
