I was never asked for a name or any information but was assured that there was a warranty as long as I had the receipt for 6 months and a year warranty through Alex and Ani. So when the charm broke after less than 2 months and we were told that they weren't going to fix it or replace it, I was less than happy. The service is lackluster when I bought the bracelet which should have been a warning. The sales girl was rude telling me that the line started a few feet behind me in a condescending tone. I am an adult I know where the line is. I was looking to see if they even had what I wanted. Just save yourself the trouble and go to Partridge Creek for your Alex and Ani fix. I know I will be."
