"The store is obviously understaffed. I tried to call & after 20 minutes on hold, gave up. I placed an order online for store pickup at 9 am. Never heard if it was ready. Since I really needed the item I went in to pick it up & discovered I had to wait in line with everyone (even people purchasing large amounts of items with only one cashier working). I grabbed the item I bought online off a shelf because that line was 20 minutes deep. Finally, got through the line to find my order was ready. Yay! The cashier was kind. But seriously... If I hadn't really needed the item, I would have walked out. I picked my item up at 3:30 pm. 6 hours later, I received an email my item was ready for pickup!!! Lol! Two stars because it was ready & for the kind cashier. The rest was all negative."

"Very disappointed. I put in a $99 order on line. When I got there last night I chose in-store pickup, thinking I was being nice to not make someone come out in the cold. Only to be told I had to wait in the long regular line to get my order. Irritating, but ok. Today when I open the bag, half the stuff that I already paid for is missing. No receipt, no paperwork, my word against theirs, and I can't start the project I wanted to do until they reopen. I was trying to avoid Black Friday shopping but I guess I can't now. I will never do online with them again."

"This has been my craft store for years. The store was closing within the the hour and the two ladies working were kind and helpful with getting my fabric cut and cashing me out quickly. I left my teacher badge in the car and the cashier gave me the discount rather than having me run to the car, which I greatly appreciated! They always run promotions and offer coupons so the fabric I chose was a great price. They have beautiful decor for all seasons!"

"Complete disappointment last night. I purchased items via the app that were said to be in stock only to get to the store, and they only had one! Then, a not extremely nice worker advised that since I placed the order after 6 it would be fulfilled tomorrow...only yo receive a text this morning that my order was canceled. Thanks, but no thanks for the trouble of spending money, using gas, and a canceled order at the end of all this! Thanks to the young lady who tried to do her best to assist me with checking the stock to make sure the item definitely wasn't in stock. No one has time to waste, let alone money, and then deal with rude customer service."

"The few clerks/staff members at this location are very customer service oriented...there is simply not enough staff to assist customers! The wait time to checkout is unreasonably long and many people just leave without purchasing. The staff honestly does their absolute best...management needs to assess their business acumen and staff this place appropriately."
