"Let me just say I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy or service my jewelry! Vahan and his staff are fantastic. Not only do they go above and beyond for their customers but they make you feel like family. I had an unfortunate circumstance related to the loss of my wedding ring which left me devastated. Keshishian took me under their wing and did everything in their power to help me. I received a new ring which was extremely similar to my original but even better than before! "The customer service was beyond wonderful! Highly recommend them and as long as they are open, they’ve got me as a customer! Context: My husband bought my wedding rings from Artisans, which used to be located in the same spot as Keshishin’s current location. So I went inside out of curiosity to see if they had acquired Artisans and if so, would they clean my rings for free like with the agreement I had with Artisans. Well the owner, Vahan, graciously gave me the same cleaning agreement. Then he seriously cleaned my rings even better than when I first got them. In all honesty, I didn’t not expect such excellent customer care and attention to detail. If you want genuine care and customer service, go here!"
