"I called to have two double hung windows rechauked. I was told they would send out two guys, it would take about one hour and cost about $100. They sent one guy, it took about four hrs. and they charged $300. I have one thing to say about this. BUYER BEWERE !!!!!!!!!"

"Pennington took over 2 weeks to roof my neighbor across the street. We all deal with home contractors and I'm not complaining they parked up my side yard for 2 weeks. I AM complaining that while they took PAINSTAKING care to keep the neighbors yard pristine, they used MY yard to load and upload equipment and men. The cream of the crop was after they finally finished instead of parking IN THE CLIENT YARD OR DRIVEWAY they stayed in front of MY yard loading equipment and used my lawn to access their trucks and storage trailers. This meant going way out of their own way to carry everything across the street and around the side of the trailer through my yard. Final straw is they then DROVE EQUIPMENT through my actual yard!!! Not just the side yard. Freaking ridiculous."
