Craft Revival was the complete opposite. We walked into the store and fell in love with this diamond that was set on a different ring. Jayson said that he could custom make the ring that we wanted with the exact diamond that we fell in love with. He created 3D and wax models to see what it would look like. "Craft-Revival was AMAZING!! I went to them with a request for a custom wedding band to fit seamlessly with my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere). I worked primarily with Ainslie in the design of the band, and Roxanne on the additional details and pick up. Ainslie was simply wonderful.....she immediately understood my vision and was confident she could make it happen. I had SO many questions (will the rose gold match...what is too big vs too small....what kind of prongs to set the stones in....etc etc etc) and she answered them ALL with patience, kindness, and expertise. I usually take a veryyyyy long time to make decisions, but I was so confident in Craft-Revival and Ainslie's experience that I committed to production right away after trying on the wax mold of the wedding band. Normally I would have had to think about it for much longer before moving forward, but I knew I would be 100% satisfied with the end result so I went for it and I could not be happier! The best part of all is that it turns out my engagement ring center stone was placed VERY poorly by a previous jeweler and was not secure or stable at all.....I was lucky it didn't just fall out one day. Ainslie and Craft-Revival notified me of this right away and reset it for me FOR FREE which was so incredibly appreciated. I am in LOVE with my wedding band and have received so many compliments.
