"Our experience started wonderfully! Jackie was an amazing and informative sales person, and the guys who delivered our hot tub were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Additionally, I later stopped in to buy supplies and the man there helped me find everything I needed and gave me a few tips and tricks to try. However, after getting our hot tub up and running, I had a few questions regarding the temperature settings and programming. Nina was apparently irritated with my questions and told me to read the manual. When I assured her that I had read and re-read it, she was not very helpful. I ended up calling the manufacturer to get the info I needed. I would say if you are a repeat hot tub owner, this is the place to go. Otherwise, maybe not."
