"I have been taking my dry cleaning here since I moved to the area in 2011. They've always been very professional and the staff has always been nice and friendly. The place is small, but clean. I've taken a lot of different items, from comforters to seasonal coats to dress shirts, and I haven't ever had any problems with their service; they've always done a good job. The pricing is very fair. (I dropped off 19 men's dress shirts and it was around $33, which isn't bad at all.) The vast majority of the time, in my experience, my order was ready days before the original pick-up date. I have no complaints about this place and I will continue to go here for my dry-cleaning."

"I had been dealing with the cleaners for almost ten years when I moved to the area. No more. I took back an item worn to a charity event over one year ago for a re-cleaning. Since the event, it had been stored until recently when it was unwrapped from the All Star Cleaning packaging and a significant stain was noticed. I was greeted by a clerk who identified herself as Maggie Stevenson who advised she would have to call the owner, Troy, to see if she could re-process the item without a charge. In that conversation, which I listened to, she failed to mention I was a long time, formerly premier customer and that the stain had been missed. Upon completion of the phone call, I was advised that the owner would not re-clean the item without a charge. When I asked why, she angrily advised me they were not going to process the dress upon which I advised that I would post my experience on the various social media sites including Google, Yelp and file a complaint with the BBB, Better Business Bureau. This comment was met with Maggie threatening to contact the Novi Police and report me as a disorderly person. I suggested she do so as nothing I said to her was threatening in any way and she, and the owner, would have another issue to deal with in the way of malicious prosecution. Said conversation was witnessed by another male customer who walked in after I arrived. Sad to see what has happened to the business."

"Good Service, decent people, until there's an issue and then they deny everything. They admitted they lost a very nice shirt of mine, but pushed back for weeks on replacing it until I just considered it a loss. There were also a couple times shirts came back without buttons, but the lost shirt is what put me over the edge."
