"I put a white dress in there. It came back with a weird staining on the collars and on the back of it. When I called them they were nice but implied the stain was there already. It was not and even if it was, why would you continue to process it without removing the stain? The neck of the dress was still dirty. I said I can wash it myself and make it look better than this. They gave me a refund. I handwashed it and barely began to rub the spot when it just melted in my hands to a hole. I read the other reviews...some process they are using is not working. I'm going to reach out and see if they could atleast sew some type of patch over it...uggh disappointed. I have an event coming up and it was an expensive piece."

"This review is not to be attacking but to be fair and transparent. Beach Dry Cleaners did a great job for me the first year I was using them. However, unfortunately the last few times, I didn’t have that same experience. There were a couple times before my last visit that I picked up clothes and there was weird staining on them not there when dropped off. They would recognize this, keep the clothes, get those stains out and I’d pick them up a few days later in good shape. This was a great response to a problem and I appreciated it. Unfortunately, my last visit, I dropped off a shirt that when I picked it up, it was covered in that same staining all over and had tearing and small holes all over the shirt, this was a thinner silk shirt and I didn’t see any holes at all when dropping it off. I’ve always had great customer service but unfortunately the man I was speaking with that day was a bit rude and it was disappointing knowing my past experience with them. I called Lisa that I usually deal with the next day and she had much better customer service and issued a refund. She said there were holes upon drop off and she should have called to tell me that before cleaning it and me picking it up in that condition. I wish that had occurred because since I never seen a single hole and the fact it was covered in small holes and tears that were very noticeable all over at time of pick up it makes it much harder for me to agree with that. Had she called me before they cleaned it and said that, this review wouldn’t be happening but it was an extremely expensive shirt and I truly don’t believe those holes were there at drop off. I told Lisa I wasn’t comfortable brining my items back, she issued a refund which I appreciate but doesn’t come close to the cost of the shirt. At the end of the day, disappointing more than anything because I was happy for a year with them and then this occurred. Again, this is only being posted to advise incase anyone runs into a similar situation and not to be attacking. Lisa was always great with customer service and I had many great experience before these last few visits."

"Beach Dry Cleaners has excellent customer service and a staff that genuinely cares. On my first time visiting, I needed to get a wedding dress cleaned. I was amazed at the result; the dress looked brand new and smelled fresh. Additionally, I visited to get another dress dry cleaned and de-wrinkled and was thoroughly pleased with the result. Overall, I would strongly recommend Beach Dry Cleaners for anyone looking to get their items dry cleaned."
