"I got married in Montana and I got dirt and dust on the bottom of my white dress. They were able to get all the dirt out and the bottom looks good as new. It was expensive, over $100, but it worked so I guess that’s all that matters. I’m not sure how other businesses would price the same service so I can’t really compare."

"I have been coming here for years. Holly who is normally at the register is so kind friendly and helpful. Holly is one of the reasons I will miss coming here. Unfortunately the owner Young is one of the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. There has been several times that she rushes me of the store when I am in the middle of a transaction, rude, unkind, and argumentative. Most recently I had alterations… the alteration was not done correctly. Not a big deal I asked that it be redone when I came to pick up the item. It wasn’t there on the schedule day, rather than just explaining that young started to argue with me in the lobby about how I was wrong and she was right young then told me to come back Thursday to pick up the item. I came back Friday morning, just to give a little extra time in the item is not there. I know miscommunications can happen, I understand that things change and time frames change, but a simple phone call to a customer to let them know so that they don’t make the trip or basic customer service when interacting with a customer would be appropriate. I am shocked that young is so unkind and rude to people in her store/business. Given the repeated unkindness from young, I will not be going back to this business."
