"I will keep it simple. Pros: Flexible with whatever schedule you need. Easy job. Slow paced. Most of the tasks you probably already do at home. Cleaning bathrooms, break rooms, offices. Vacuuming and sweeping and moping. Cons: They like to nit pick your cleaning a little too much even if it's a simple job. Not a lot of saying good job. Lots of complaints instead. The management sucks. I quit because I was tired of dealing with the management. Also many of the positions are very part time. That's what I needed but some people may need more hours. Neutral: The pay is neither here not there. It's not great pay but isn't terrible pay either."
