"Amazing! I’m so thankful for Journey carpet cleaning. We have tried three different companies over the last few years and NO ONE was able to get our carpet fully clean - UNTIL NOW!! We have two dogs and had at least 10 seemingly impossible pet stains - some of them at least 5 years old! Paul came and worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond and the results are INCREDIBLE. I thought our whole upstairs was beyond hope and that the carpet would just have to be replaced, but it looks brand new and is already dry - just an hour after he left. In addition, we were blown away by the results on the tile too. He took our kids’ bathroom tile which appeared to be gray with dark grout and restored it to sparkling white tile and white grout!! It looks fantastic!! I’m not usually one to write reviews but had to because of how great our experience was. We will never use anyone else! Highly highly recommend!!"
