"I tried to get a quote for my bridal dress preservation. I felt bad for the new employee who had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t find the form for me to fill out. He asked me to come back the following day, to speak to someone who knew things, but I had driven 45 minutes to get there and was not about to drive back the next day. Very unimpressed."

"I went into Sheldons and asked the lady if I can have the pockets on my shorts sewed shut and she said “No!, No we only do basic things like hemming” and she told me I’ll have to go somewhere else. I was kinda of surprised from how negative that interaction felt but I didn’t feel like driving around town so I settled and asked may I just have 2 inches hemmed off the bottom. She let out a big sigh and said “ugh No, No the material has stretch in it so they won’t be able to work with that. Ok!” I would not recommend this place for alterations! I would rather pay money to a place that makes me feel welcome and makes me feel like they want to help me. Two thumbs down!!!"
