I called 2 times back in April and talked with someone about work that ultimately ended up being a well pump and pressure tank replacement at the house. They took my information to call back if they had time to help. They did not call back to schedule out. My final conversation was advice to try calling around more. "I have called this place three times over the past two weeks. The first two times I left a message with my problem and my phone number and got no response. The third time I finally got through and talk to the lady who said they would call me back and they never did. I was calling for our business to get a new toilet. My boss talked to someone who worked there on top of me calling three times and again no response. On a separate matter pertaining to my home we called and they said they would call us back. We then called back a week later And they finally came out right away. I feel so incredibly defeated. If a business is too busy to come take care of my problem then let me know so I can move onto the next plumber. Don’t leave me hanging!"
