"Awesome full sheet rock Homes!! High Quality Homes. If you want to have a basement. This is the builder ."
"Its been 15 years since we had our home "put together" and since that time we have already replaced all of our siding and now our roof, the drywall work leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately the people that took care of everything from the beginning have been long gone. Been one issue after the other from bathroom drain pipe that came unglued and leaked in our ceiling to nail pops in drywall. Do your research, sometimes cheaper is not better."
"The management in this company is so unprofessional I could only imagine what the production floor looks like. They called me regarding and application we set up a time to do an interview and when we ended the call my phone range again immediately. They called back to cancel the interview they just set up with me because they decided to go another direction. There wasn't even 2 minutes between the time the first call ended and they called me again. If this is how they manage potential employees I would hate to see the craftsman ship of their homes."
"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This has got the be the lwast professional place i have ever dealt with. My parents have closed and finalized everything months ago. And still nothing has happened. We dont even know if the home has started being manufactured. You have to call 12 times and wait a week for any kind of response and then they have no information at all. You pay for a house to be built and they cant even answer a phone or give you any updates. It has been nothing but headache after headache. I would rate this a negative 5 stars if possible. You would be better off building your own house out of sticks and mud then deal with this company. They dont care about their customers at all. I do not write many reviews even if i dont like a place but this has gotten on my last nerve. Unless you want to tear out your hair and be without a house for months after it was suposed to be put up dont deal with this place. It is now october and the house was supposed to be done in may."
"Purchased a home manufactured by crest homes through Ramsey Jones, a dealer in Lagrange Missouri, after our old home was destroyed by a tornado. Ramsey Jones did a great job with set up and made the experience very easy during an extremely difficult time. After just 3 years I noticed water on the floor by our rarely used utility room door after a hard rain, which caused a soft spot in the floor. Contacted Crest homes and was told it was neglect on my part, and they would not fix it. Had a contractor come by to find source of leak, and found the drip edge did not cover the top of the door completely, causing water to run down the side of the door frame and into the house. Upon his inspection, also found front door leaking in the same manner. Also soft spot in floor. Contractor repaired drip edge so it wouldn't cause more damage, and have not had water on the floor since. In no way is this neglect on my part. It was a manufacturing defect, and poor craftsmanship on the part of Crest Homes. 3 months later noticed a wet spot on living room ceiling. Called Crest Homes and was told to have a contractor and my insurance adjuster inspect roof. Found shingles were not properly oriented, and dormer was not installed correctly, causing a leaking roof. After several attempts to contact Crest Homes by phone over the course of over a year, sent pictures to Crest Homes of ALL damage and was told By Mr. Kasner of Crest homes they would be out to repair ALL damage(doors, floors, roof and ceiling), when the weather cleared up. After 4 months, get a call saying they would only cover $600 in repairs to the roof. What A JOKE., $117,000 home i am going to have to get a loan on to repair the manufacturer's mistakes. I will never buy from Crest Homes again. Might as well live in an Amish made tool shed! At least they are quality built structures built by people who take pride in their work. I am very disappointed in my purchase . I would not recommend purchasing a home from them ! Sincerely Louis Angelo Franklin Illinois"
