Dan was always very patient, understanding, worked with us on the items my husband was going to take care of, being a licensed builder, and always kept in touch with us to communicate any updates, questions or simply to touch base. Dan and his team did great, quality work. We had a few other companies come discuss the project and none of them were as professional and willing to work with us. Others guaranteed us we would have to replace windows and there would be many cracks from the lift. Dan assured us there would be minor if any cracks and nothing further. Dan was right.
