"There are 6 thrift stores on gratiot within 5 miles of each other. This place is the best. I bought a brand new 3 piece suit there for 25 bucks and my partner got one a money later for the same price. They have a great selection of nice clothes. They have pretty much everything you'd want at a thrift store. The prices here are fantastic, way more affordable than salvation army and value world. The staff are all very friendly and helpful except for the woman with the hairstyle from 1979. She never says, "please", "thank you", "we appreciate your business", or anything along those lines. She's even rude to her fellow co-workers. I still give them 5 stars cause all the awesome cancels out her bad manners and unpleasant demeanor."

"Wow the bar is very very low on customer service. I just purchased $100 worth of items and one was a pedestal that looked like a rock. Im fairly sure this table has more personality than the cashier. I don't care if they are doing community service, a family member or a desperation hire. Get them away from your customers. I mentioned twice about Halloween items being half off and they charged me full price.for.most of what I got even after asking that they double check. I asked what age senior discounts were for and even joked that I was glad to be just old enough to quilify. While standing g at the register I even joked woth my wife about getting g a old age discount. Before I put me credit card I also asked if they game me the discount and he say. " that starts at 4" I told him that would have been good info to include when he told me about the discount. He simple said " people do come back" I said next time a little more communication is always better for the customer. He doesnt even understand the irony in that he didnt respond to what i said about needing more communication."
