"I had the absolute worst experience at this store I came into the store after calling and being told that they could assist me. I made a purchase online, Unfortunately the items were not to my liking. I made the purchase with my TJMAXX credit card. I misplaced the card, called customer service and was told that I could get another card. Upon receiving the card I then called the Roseville store and asked if they could assist me with a refund back to my original method of purchase. I was told that this would be possible. Upon arriving at the store the clerks were rude, and extremely unprofessional. They dismissed me w/o even hearing my issue. They told me that I did not know what I was talking about, and then proceeded to tell me that my items had a foul smell and the cashiers went to put on masks as if me being there was contributing to the smell that was there. Fortunately there was another TJMAXX up the road and my inquiry was handled."

"Decent selection. They had 5 big bins of inventory on the floor which I would assume you could look in and I was told by an employee very rudely not to go in the bins and they’re not ready to sell yet. Which the items were priced and in the middle of the floor. Why have more than one bin out if you can’t stock all that right away…just thought it was odd. They only had one girl working on the boxes and it seemed like she was going very slow putting things up. Maybe they’ll put it up before Halloween who knows? Cashiers also very slow. Other than that the store looked nice."
