"SCAM! They charge you double during event parking if you exceed over 7 hours which it’s impossible to not go over 7 hours because of the bumper to bumper traffic when you’re trying to leave. Never tell you the 7-hour limit even exists and advertise $60 at the gate when in reality I got charged $126. STOP ROBBING PEOPLE."

"Total scam parked in the garage for an event which stated $60. They charged me a $120 and claimed the $60 was only for 7 hours and I had been in the garage for 7 hours and 7 minutes mind you this was due to traffic not allowing me to exit the garage. When told about this they said they were not liable and could not offer a refund. Don’t park here unless you are ok with being scammed out of your money."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don’t warn you it’s an 8 hour parking pass, and once you exceed that 8 hours it charges you for another 8. I was parked in there for 8 hours and 3 MINUTES And was charged $126 for the extra 3 minutes. There was no possible way of me leaving sooner as it was bumper to bumper throughout the entire garage. I wish I could stand at this entrance daily and warn people who are in Detroit for events that they’re about to be robbed. You’re better off paying extra money and parking elsewhere. Which is what I’ll be doing from now on."

"They gave me a parking ticket in the mail. That I have previously paid for and they claim I didn't, then how would the gate open? The place is fine when sporting events happen. But non sporting evens its a scam"

"I parked there once before, so when I went to a tigers game a month later it saved my Lic Plate when I drove in and I didn’t have to do anything. However it does charge you the same rate for 8 hours, then you are charged again after 8 hours. So if you try to go to a day game and a night game you pay twice if you exceed 8 hours"
