"Came in for a posh plus xl. Took one puff off of the device and it was completely burnt. The owner of the shop said it wasn’t his problem and turned the other way. If you want repeat customers you should honor and respect them. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Wont return ever again. Shame on you."
"The lady who was working was super helpful! My boyfriend and I have been looking for a coil for his baby beast tank all over town, while this store didn't have it, the woman who was working called the sister store to help us find the coils. Thankfully, they have it and we're on our way to get them now. This wonderful woman just saved us $40 because I was so fed up with this search I was just going to buy a whole new tank with easy to find coils. You guys rock!"
