"Preface: I used to work at UMCU on Jackson Rd a few years ago. I was notified by the automated fraud response text for a potential compromise to my card a few days ago. I confirmed the fraudulent attempt and had my card blocked. I then called the Contact Center and talked to Pam, and she was absolutely wonderful. She still remembered me after all these years and I felt right at home with our exchange. I live in WA now, so she really did what she could to make this situation easier on me, even though it was her last day working there. Member Service to the end. I called again today and was received by Anna (sp?), to check on the time frame I should expect for an expedited debit card. We never met, but she happened to know who I was by word of mouth from the staff. To know I am still remembered as a valued employee during my time and that stories are being told about me really made my whole week. This is why I still bank here. Thanks"
